The sins and bad habits of my half century of living have finally caught up with me and I now find myself in need of a cardiac rehab program. I know that both local hospitals, EMC and Keller offer such a program and the staff will try to sell you on as being the best available. I also know that both programs are expensive and I’m not sure at this point of how much my insurance will cover if any.

Does anyone have any experience with either program, both good and bad?

Keller only, Seems as if they push you to "hire" one of their Personal Trainers and if you do, you get better treatment, otherwise you are just shown the basics and you are on your own. Most there are good people, a few of the "Arrogant Types", but other than that they have excellent facilities, probably better than most. If you can abide the Uppity stuff, you will like it.
