This was dinner last night! I was still remembering it after midnight! LOL!

Wickels was a perfect tart/sweet complement to the fish. I am using it in ham salad today! BTW, Wickels is Alabama born --just like the bass!

It is all part of my Eat At Home- have a $20 per person meal for practically nothing campaign. For around $6.00 you could use imported fish (LOL)and still come out around $3.00 per head for $3.00 per person. I did say "you"! LOL It takes more time to get dressed to go out than it did to prepare this meal.

Is it available locally, or just from their website? thanks.

Foodland has it. It was part of their Alabama products display. It should be in with the Heinz and Mt. Olive items. I do not know about the other stores.
