As usual, you have totally misunderstood the discussion. Why you defend CEO's, who care nothing about you, and disparage hard-working people is very strange, indeed. Being a Republican has taken away all of your ability to reason.

They're unreal!!!

Well, when you put it like that, I guess we should all bow to them and kiss their butts.

Many of those CEOs are also the ones who try to bust unions because the less they have to give to the people working for them the more they will have for themselves. Their also the ones getting huge tax cuts and many are also getting those bonus's and pensions because the tax payers bailed their butts out.

"According to the AFL-CIO, in 1980, CEOs at the largest companies received 42 times the pay of the average worker. In 2000 the gap hit a high, with CEOs making 525 times the average worker.

In 2010, the gap narrowed with CEOs making 343 times the average worker, said Trumka, who himself makes roughly four times the average worker." (before kickbacks and bribes}

I said that? Really?

Who's "Buttercup?"

Unfortunately and with general disgust, I have to agree with TrueBlue. "This site never changes. Complete waste of time."

However , I am agreeing from a totally different vector, I still agree. The libs on here (real leftists and usefully idiotic simpletons) will never see the irony of their vociferous proclaiming, therefore it is a waste of a commodity far too precious to waste, my time.
As to why I don't care about the CEO vs worker pay. I don't covet. I don't envy. I don't hate someone who makes more than I do -- that themark of the socialist. If I were investing in the stock of such a company and it paid good dividends and the stock price appreciated, then I would be glad he was doing a good job.

If not, I'd either complain in the next stockholders' meeting, or sell the stock.

I think I will track your post and stay with you since you seem to be so facinated by me.

How dare I have a different opinion and a life. Take some Midol and get over it.

Then why are you 'Republicans' so concerned with what the workers of GM were making?
