BizPac Review said journalist Laura Loomer was doing to Waters what “the California Democrat urged liberals to do to Trump aides: Confront them in public.”

“I filed a police report w/Capitol Police against Maxine Waters. Yesterday when I confronted her on Capitol Hill, she ASSAULTED me. She hit my hand, then she swatted me in the face twice w/her papers. I’m pressing charges,” Loomer tweeted.

Should Maxine Waters be unseated from House for her behavior? Take the WND Poll!

WND reported Tuesday Loomer attempted to interview Waters after she urged supporters at a rally in Los Angeles Saturday to confront Trump officials.

Waters said: “If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them! And you tell them that they are not welcome, anymore, anywhere.”

Washington watchdog Judicial Watch Tuesday responded with a letter to the House Office of Congressional Ethics asking for an investigation into Waters’ statements, and another source reported the Secret Service investigating.

Loomer, in a videoed exchange, followed Waters as she walked through a Capitol corridor, asking the lawmaker to explain the implications for conservatives of her call to harassment.

“Do we have to sit at the back of the bus?” she asked.

Waters repeatedly interrupted her and said that if she wanted to talk she could come to her office and sit down.

“When Waters approached the elevator, she hit Loomer in the face with a bunch of papers. A burly man then got in Loomer’s face and pushed her away while repeatedly shouting: ‘Ma’am, it’s a members’ elevator!'” BPR said.

“In the background, Waters is seen gloating and apparently sticking her tongue out as Loomer is pushed away from the elevator door.”

Waters’ rant against members of the Trump administration included her now-familiar chorus about impeachment and her charge that Trump has “disrespected all of us.”

She claimed God is on her side and told her followers to “show up” wherever someone from the Trump administration appears and get them “booed out of restaurants,” promising “no sleep.”

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said it’s “urgent that the House ethics (committee) quickly act to hold her accountable for this dangerous incitement.”

He cited the requirement, found in House Rule 23, clause 1, that a member “shall conduct himself at all times in a manner that shall reflect creditability on the House.”

Fitton wrote the congressional investigators: “In encouraging individuals to create ‘crowds’ who will ‘push back’ on President Trump’s Cabinet members at private business establishments and in seemingly trying to prevent these Cabinet officials from obtaining basic necessities without fear of assault and violence, Rep. Waters seems to be in violation of House rules.”

Veteran political adviser and longtime columnist Pat Buchanan warned of very real violence that can follow such inflammatory rhetoric.

He noted White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders was asked to leave a restaurant last Friday. And Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen and White House aide Steven Miller were heckled last week while dining in D.C. On Friday night, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi was confronted by protesters at a movie theater.

The sentiment turned violent – but fortunately not fatal – just a year ago when James Hodgkinson, a 66-year-old volunteer in Bernie Sanders’ campaign, opened fire on GOP lawmakers practicing for their annual baseball game with the Democrats, Buchanan noted.

“House Majority Whip Steve Scalise was wounded, almost mortally. Had it not been for Scalise’s security detail, Hodgkinson might have carried out a mass atrocity,” he said.

“The left, to the point of irrationality, despises a triumphant Trumpian right and believes that to equate it with fascists is not only legitimate, but a sign that the accusers are the real moral, righteous and courageous dissenters in these terrible times,” he explained. It has happened before, he pointed out.

Others also may be taking an interest in Waters’ comments.

The American Mirror said cited a source saying the Secret Service is “looking into” Water’s remarks.

Citizen journalist Laura Loomer tweeted: “Although the Secret Service Officer couldn’t get into details of the investigation, he did tell me that the SS is looking into Maxine’s comments that incite violence against @realDonaldTrump & his staff.”

At Big League Politics, Loomer posted a video of her asking Waters about her remarks Saturday.

“I confronted Rep. Maxine Waters of California regarding her call for Trump administration officials to be harassed in their everyday lives. Does Maxine Waters think this kind of targeted harassment is civil? Does Maxine Waters stand behind her comments, or was it just agitprop for her Resistance friends?” Loomer wrote.

With Trump and company declaring journalists 'the enemy' and journalists being attacked and killed, when can we expect charges to be filed? Using Republican logic, or lack there of, Trump and his cronies have blood on their hands.

I made you a copy of the schedule and court dates.........

I'm going by the book on this because who you declare journalists,
aren't even close to being journalists, just another swarm of may flies.
