I agree 100%, also. But what I want to ask is: What can be done about it? Our politicians aren't doing anything about it! I'm scared that this is going to wind up getting alot of innocent people hurt. White and black Americans that are fed up with the situation are going to try to take matters into their own hands, they will wind up hurt and a lot of Americans of Hispanic decent will be mistaken for Illegals and they will be hurt.

The Confederate Battle Flag (if it is what you are referring to, you are in error...that would be the CSA Naval flag...the battle flag is actually square, the Naval flag is rectangular) is NOT a foreign flag. It is an historical flag from our nation's history. Now a Mexican flag is foreign.....

I've respected the man greatly for his work/charity for St. Jude in Memphis. Reading his soap box, he's more delightful in my book.

B'man... if you had of left the words "especially the Democrats" then I would have agreed... but I just cannot agree with that at all... The Republicans, our President, and ESPECIALLY CHENEY has had so many speeches for us to ACCEPT it that it is unreal, and they are NOT Democrats.
I personally have heard both of them say we need to ACCEPT them into our country, and automatically given green cards and the like... THAT did NOT come from a Democrat, it came from our Oval office.
Now that the Democrats is taking more and more control, then I am hoping it is NOT too late to stop what Bush and Cheney already started. Since Bush told us to ACCEPT it, there must have been hundreds of thousands come here... and where did they go??? They just blended into OUR society... with paperwork they can BUY in any city.
This is another form of ACCLIMATION I have discussed... they keep coming, and eventually, subtley, slowly, we become acclimated to seeing it, so we accept it...

Tell them that you are making thousands of copies of your letter AND their answer, and you are not going to vote for them if they don't start acting like OUR Representatives... Then tell them that you and all your friends and relatives are going to campaign AGAINST them, all votes GONE... that gets their attention.
That is basically what got the 60 GOP members to jump off Dubbya's ship!!! It was the people that keeps THEM in office that is forcing them to do it, lol... Great!!!

There are Republicans that are pushing for amnesty just as the Democrats. They are going right along with Bush, saying that there are jobs that Americans won't do and we need illegals to do it. That's simply a lie.
Besides, how many Democrats can you name that are opposed to amnesty and support securing the borders, penalizing employers who hire illegals, deportation, and immigration law reform?
He should stick to the fiddle. They're here to stay, and I hope they take over.

I just visited the 'site and that is THE SCARIEST thing I've ever seen. We have a WAR going on Iraq and he's basing his campaign on Mexican border security?! The lack of progress in our nation, especially when we thought we were beyond the racism, is depressing.
Oh well, go vote for him. Encourage your friends as well. That's one less vote for the Republicans.

What does illegal immigration have to do with racism? And as far as him basing his campaign on that, I believe a whole heck of a lot of people in this country are specifically worried about illegal immigration.

Charlie Daniels is dead on accurate with his statement. The people opposed to his statement want illegals to get amnesty and for this country to cater to their unwillingness to blend into our society. The ironic part is, this is what Bush wants as well.
