Am I the only person who's sick of hearing this woman's whiny voice on television and radio? She needs to be educated on two topics:
1. Obama has absolutely nothing to do with the 5th district congressional race. Why is she bringing him into it?
2. She ought to read more 18th century American Literature. Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin were both atheists, as was Paine. This country was not founded on Christian faith, but on the principle that we don't have to subscibe to any particular belief.

This woman really annoys me. By the way, I'm in church every Sunday and Wednesday.

I've heard her speak in person. Her voice was even more annoying live. Besides that, she appears to think that her granddaddy and uncle being in politics years ago has something to do with this election. She was at the bottom of my list after hearing all the Republicans speak.

On a side note, I thought Jefferson was a deist based on his writings and some vague recollection from history class. That's not exactly the same as atheist.

She also needs to recognize that there are Jews, Atheists, and others in Alabama who are NOT Christian. Her commercial that begins, "We're Christians and we believe...." is bound to be a put-off to the non-Christian citizens and voters! She might come from a long line of politicians, but she ain't all that politically astute herself!
It puts off a lot of us Christians that realize that there are many paths to God and we have many neighbors that walk those paths. She calls on us to elect leaders like our founders - those who thought women were not of equal stature and who owned slaves. What a joke! She is the most offensive candidate I have seen in a long time. I say again what I said in an earlier thread, her adds almost look like sketches on Saturday Night Live. She sure is spending a lot of money on handlers that are not handling her very well.
Did anyone else notice her eyelashes on the Ch. 19 forum? Were they fake or extra-thick mascara? Her hair looked like it was an old fur piece pinned on behind. As much money as she has with her practice and title company, looks like she could have got some professional attention. Hummm, maybe she did and the stylist/artist was a Democrat! A gay Democrat at that! Now that would be rich.

Don't know much about gay stylist/artists do you Neal? She need herself a big ole Queen of a stylist/hairdresser - No self-respecting gay may would let her out in public looking like that fright!

This is getting funnier and funnier. I needed something to make me laugh today. By the way, I stand corrected on the Atheist vs. Deist situation. I blew that one.
