Now they're looking at you for inflicting intellectual torture on poor unsuspecting conservatives. Tossing idiotic statements, nonsense, illogic, and non-sequitors causes unnecessary pain to the logical, Republican brain. The defacrat brain is immune to that sort or rampant idiocy.
blewdog,

Has it ever crossed your mind that if you make it a practice to prosecute the previous administration for political disagreements, the precedent is set, and the next administration, (after Obama), will have a field day prosecuting the Obama cabinet for their disagreements? Of course, that's unless Obama is coronated as King and we no longer need elections.
Obama did a 180 in 24 hours. Evidently, the buck does not stop in the Oval Office, anymore.

Carried out, the US will degenerate to a banana republic. To prosecute presidential advisors for giving their advice is a dangerous precedent. I see calls for impeaching a federal judge his role as an advisor before he was a judge. The Dems started politization of the judiciary with Bork and Thomas. Another attempt to destroy their impartiality.
Obama will destroy the clandestine portion of the CIA. He stated they would not be investigated, as well as, Bush's staff. If he'll renege on that promise, how much pressure will it take to sell out the CIA, as well? Obama’s word can’t be trusted.

The left in congress desires to prosecute Bush's staff for the advice they gave. If they can't prosecute them, they can still force the staffers to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars defending themselves.

Someday republicans will be in office. Will Obama staffers be prosecuted for advice given -- declassifying a Top Secret report, for political purposes!
Numerous members of congress were briefed on the interrogation methods. As they had knowledge of the techniques and the power to stop them, shouldn't they (Democrat and Republican) be prosecuted.

If I were called to testify, I'd stand on my fifth amendment rights, after I acknowledged my name. If given amenesty, I'd have a severe loss of memory.
That same memo also showed that CIA agents were able to prevent a second wave of attacks on Los Angeles.

No, those agents should not be prosecuted. They should be given a medal.

If that attacked happened, the left would blame Bush and demand his prosecution. It was prevented, and the left is demanding prosecution anyway. Makes no sense.
