Comprehensive Plan !?

Talk of Florence Comprehensive Long Range Plan reminds me of George Bush like in Comprehensive Plan For Victory in Iraq or Comprehensive Immigration Policy or Comprehensive Plan to Secure Our Border. Politicians using words like "comprehensive" actually mean they don't know what the heck they are talking about. It just sounds impressive (they think) but really says nothing useful at all. It covers everything while covering nothing. It is whatever you want it to be whenever you need it to be. It is empty blather really. It is comprehensive.
