The Florence softball team defeated the #4 ranked(6A) Bob Jones Lady Patriots tonight! THis brings their aread record to 4-2 in what is possibly the toughest area in the state in 6A.

This is a big win after playing terribly in the Co. tourney! Perhaps they were taking it lightly since they had already beaten Central 7-3. Congrats to Central on the Tournament win. The Hath**** girl pitched tremendously during the whole tourney.

Oh, I do love it when any Lauderdale County team beats one of those "full of themselves" Huntsville area teams. Congrats Falcons!
