The primary sponsor of the TEA party is Freedom Works http://www.freedomworks.org/ which is primarily supported and pushed by Dick Army, an X Congressman from Tx who is a corporate lobbyist for a lot of firms who wish to continue to screw the American public. The message delivery system is the propaganda wing of the Republican party FOX "news" and their main mouthpiece Glen Beck.
These people may (or may not) be well educated, but they must be very gullible if they really believe that they are being taxed more now than under Bush, or they make more than a quarter of a million dollars a year and don't have a very good tax lawyer to hide much of it.
I saved the tax tables from last year (2008) and this year (2009) for taxable incomes less than $100,000 and this years taxes are less for all in that category.
BTW btch, haven't we "argued" before ? Big Grin
We have. Smiler
First, you and the rest of the BDS libs need to understand, not every rep listens to Beck.
Second, Fox does not pay the Tea Partiers.
Third, why was it a good thing to protest Bush but a bad thing to protest Obama?
Fourth, your tax credit that you got from Obama counted as income. So you paid tax on it again.
One thing I don't understand about the negative reaction to the tea partiers...is so what?

Even if 100% of the them are no more than just pissed off republicans...so what?

How does that diminish their right to speak out?

Even if 100% of them are low educated white people...so what?

Good for them for finally getting involved. And once again how does that diminish their right to speak out?

Even if 100% of them love Glenn Beck...so what?

How does that negate their freedom of speech and peaceful assembly?
