JUST CURIOUS .I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE ON THIS FORUM AND ALSO YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS WHO YOU KNOW WOULD GO TO A PLACE IF CRAIG WAS DOING THE COOKING???I GUESS YOU COULD CALL THIS A POLL SO POST A COMMENT HERE AND TELL HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU KNOW THAT WOULD GO AND HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK. ALSO LIST YOUR FAVORITE DISH.

No, I would not go. The TOS of this forum prevent from saying exactly why I wouldn't go, but I'll put in a nice way and say this. The thoughts of jailers at 4 am yelling "Chow, coming down the hall" as they bring in the biscuits and see thru sausages sound more appetizing and cause my mouth to salivate much more than the thought of eating a meal prepared by this brother.

looks like its gonna happen.... i will keep you people posted as it develops. it will be after the 4th of july in a fantastic location with great live music art and in my opinion the best cajun creole food on the planet.i for one cant wait.
