As true today as it ever was, Liberalism is absolutely Mental Disease

A man was killed in a fire and four firefighters were injured.
David Crosby’s reaction to the flames? “Burn baby burn.”
The reason? The fire was at Trump Tower in New York.

Mr. Crosby on Saturday evening wrote on Twitter “oh boy … burn baby burn” while the news was developing of the four-alarm fire at the high rise, which killed 67-year-old art dealer Todd Brassner.
A fellow Twitter user asked the 76-year-old musician, according to the New York Post, whether he was referring to the Trump Tower fire.

Mr. Crosby replied, “yes Jeffrey.”

Both tweets have since been deleted. His Twitter feed also did not acknowledge his cheering on a fatal fire as of 2:20 p.m. Sunday.

“Burn baby burn” was a popular slogan in the 1960s, usually linked with the Panthers and others black radicals cheering on the riots that torched numerous American cities then.

Mr. Crosby, a legendary folk singer and protester in the 1960s, is a self-described despiser of President Trump.

In an interview with the Hollywood Reporter, he said he doesn’t even want Trump supporters at his concerts “because I don’t need them.”

The drug addicted, alcoholic, useless waste of flesh that broke in line ahead of other folks and got a liver to save his miserable life, cheers when others are put in danger and one man dies? Yes, typical deranged liberal.

Not sure of all the details in his liver transplant, but I've never heard he broke in any line. Hospitals usually frown on being "bought." Do you have source for your statement?

BTW, if you're healthy you can donate just part of your liver to a friend or relative. In a few weeks, the recipient will have a brand new liver! Neat or what?

He's not the only celebrity to break line. They have the name
and money.

Mickey Mantle, another drunk,  jumped the line too. He only had to wait two days for his liver. His and Crosby's preferential treatment caused an uproar, as well it should. Mantle died two months later, after taking a liver someone else could have used.

According to reports, the 40-year-old Crosby had experienced a “cocaine seizure” before losing control of the vehicle. When emergency teams reported to the scene to extract the rock star from the wreck, police discovered Crosby was in possession of cocaine, as well as a loaded .45-caliber pistol. When authorities asked the singer why he felt the need to travel with a weapon, the former Byrds member allegedly answered, “John Lennon.”

Crosby was arrested by the California Highway Patrol for driving under the influence of cocaine, possession of illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon. After being booked, he was released – although not in time to join his bandmates, who played at the rally without him.

The star would later enter a plea bargain to diminish his charges, admitting guilt to a count of reckless driving and entering a term of three years’ probation. But probation would be the least of Crosby’s worries. Three weeks after his California arrest, he was busted again, this time on tour in Dallas, when cops discovered the singer freebasing cocaine with another gun in his lap.

Amid other arrests for assault and drug possession, Crosby eventually did hard time in a Texas state prison, followed by periods in and out of rehabilitation centers. With encouragement from friends and the threat of more prison stints, Crosby eventually went “cold turkey” and made a promise to stay away from hard drugs.

“I think the only thing we were wrong about was the drugs and that was only because we were innocent,” Crosby told Uncut in 2015, while discussing his ’60s ideals. “We didn’t know. We had no idea. We’d only encountered pot and psychedelics and we thought they were sort of beneficial and kinda neat. And then we ran into cocaine and heroin. Oops! We were ignorant, and we didn’t know. But we survived it.”

He survived it and got a liver to replace the one he had ruined with his drugging and drinking. To the others he pushed in front of, he said "it's good to be the king, and it sucks to be you". Then he smoked some more dope.
