It's called seperation of powers. It's in the constitution. Check it out sometime.

It's called seperation of powers. It's in the constitution. Check it out sometime.
It's called Stonewalling the Congress. It is a common practice, perfected by Richard M. Nixon before he was forced to resign for doing it. It is also called Checks and Balances. Personally I think it is the reason Civics has been cut from elementary school curricula.

When you lie under oath it's harder to lie out of it. I recomend total loss of memory.
