When the NY times owned the paper, the Feedback section had an explainer. That's gone for reasons I won't get into, but FEEDBACK is for feedback to the TD on stories, etc.

The other sections are your "feedback" to the Shoals.

BTW, when you start a topic and it has crazy characters in it. YOU CAN REMOVE THEM. You can change the topic in any way you want. Just pay attention to what comes up as the topic.
