There goes al gore jr.'s money.

=============================

Democratic Rep. Linda Sanchez offered a baffling defense of the death tax Wednesday during a hearing examining the sometimes unbearable burden it places on family farms and businesses.

People receiving food stamps have to pass drug tests or meet work requirements to receive taxpayer dollars, Sanchez reasoned, so it’s only fair that those “lucky” enough to inherit wealth should have to do something to earn it or, in this case, pay a tax.

Here one sees the left's jealousy and non-comprehension of law. They are prejudiced against someone that will get one dollar more than they will receive. Plus, they fail to comprehend that the  food stamp money belongs to all the people who pay taxes.  The government owes the public that such funds are spent wisely (sound of me laughing maniacally).

The government gets 40 percent of an estate over $5.45 million.  The residue of that doesn't belong to the government.  Its no dammed business of government.

How many people  are actually caused "an unbearable burden" by the inheritance tax?

What does it matter? It's their money, not yours, not the governments.

Exactly. The money was taxed when earned, but the gimmethats are still standing with their greedy a***** hands out wanting more. It's not their money.

Not only taxed when earned, but taxed when the poor guy died.
