Commiting American troops to combat and killing or being killed is indeed war. If the government of mexico decided to inject troops into the U.S. and bomb and strasfe our military facilities, we would indeed consider it an act of war aND ACT ACCORDINGLY.

the reason we have troops there is because we want to tell the world what to do and back it up by military might. we've gotten too big for our britches.
