Wow! Just been reading about some of the posters on here. A lot of educated and some very good looking posters on here. Graduated college in 2003 with a business administration degree in marketing. I have yet to find a decent job, but I never give up. I am employed, by the way, just not what I want to be doing. 5'10" 180lbs. natural curly hair. And I bet I run into a lot of yall on a daily basis. I better go now before I give away my true identity.
I am about 3/4" x 5/8" depending on screen size. I am black
and white. I like to put my elbows on the table and show my hands. I like Dippity Doo. I occassionally dress in formal attire with a bowtie. I've never had a friend I haven't met yet. I don't LOL unless something is funny. My friends call me..........................
...when they can think of no one else to talk to. My favorite color is clear. I like the smell of blue. And if I was stranded on a remote island I guess the thing I would like to have would be batteries for the remote.
Okay, I'll bite:

Hair - Blond (sure, Clairol helps)

Eyes - Green (unless you ask my ex-boyfriend who always thought they were blue)

Height - 5'5"

Weight - You gotta be kidding

Religion - I worship at one of the three churches adjacent to Wilson Park--now you have to visit all three to find me!

Music - Everything, I even like opera if we count Carmen (But maybe not so much Rap).

Food - Let's just say there's not a chicken or pig safe in North Alabama.

Education - Bachelor's degree in English from UNA and in History and Nursing from UAH. Working on either Master's in Nursing or CHPN.

Hobbies - Decorating, Sculpting, Sketching, and Reading almost anything. (Moe Berg said if you read four newspapers a day, you will soon have the equivilant of a college education.)

Politics - Usually vote Republican, but consider myself an Indpendent.

Favorite Bookstore - Everybody meet me at K's Cove in beautiful, downtown, metro Elgin.

Children - My little boy was born with four legs; I adopted him from the Nuns (acutally the Nunns, Gary and Rita, who had 25 cats in their back yard).

Do I have everything I want in life -- No way, but I'm very happy with where I am at the moment!

My family tolerates me well........and that's not so easy some days.

As you know, I'm Catholic and adorable. Kidding. I'm not that religious and probably aggravating as heck. Had a midlife crisis and went back to nursing school, spend my life with a pill in my hand or body fluids on it. Just had my last kid graduate from high school. I love you if you're funny. You don't even have to be coherent, just funny.
Way to go! But I wasn't sure why that great news was directed at me alone. If it's because of my wonderful, numerous degrees, consider this. When I first got my English degree, I went to work selling ladies' shoes. Until December of last year I was driving a car that was old enough to vote. We angels of mercy gotta stick together, and us angles too...
Wait! I just realized nobody there can SEE me. Can I describe myself again?

I am 5'8", weigh 114 lbs (most of which is in the best places), long, lustrous auburn hair, green eyes, doctorate in world history and philosophy, work as a nurse because I just want to help people and am independently wealthy. And I am just a peach.

I had forgotten that! I will be working on a master in admin., if I go for it. At UAH I had a clinic instructor from Florence, male, in the CRNP program. He asked is I wanted to play pt. in his vid. I really didn't want to, but asked about it politely. He was looking for someone to do the OB assessment. I decided to decline. I mentioned this to his roommate, since I was at least 12 to 15 years this guy's senior. The roomie told me his girlfriend was 25 years older and jealous. I really tried to avoid him after that.

Let's just hope he didn't take a job in a nursing home. He'd really like that.

What gets me is all the men who have a thing for nurses. I think it's all those "naughty nurse" videos. If they only knew how jaded we get about all that. My husband (who is a nurse) and I were watching Cinemax (Skinemax) and when program we were watching was over there was a promo for some upcoming thing. The husband was skimming through the guide and Cinemax was showing all these naked women riding horses around and around a horsepen. I asked the husband if he looked at nude women the same way as before nursing, he never quick scrolling down the guide thing, just said, "yeah, I'm just glad I don't have to clean 'em up". Know what I mean?
Yeah, that's it. The baggy ones (called unisex in the scrubs catalogs) we drag out of the dryer right before we got to work. The ones that have six pocked on the shirt and four on the pants that are all loaded down with sexy stuff like rubber gloves, syringes of saline, scissors, tape. The ones with mysterious stains all over. Or maybe it's the stripping we all do on the back porch or mudroom so we don't drag those mysterious stains in the house.
I got it! It's all that fun stuff we do to you like wiping your butt, poking needles. Or our great personalities at 2:30 in the morning when we wake you from a sound sleep to make sure you aren't in a coma.

Aren't we sexy?
I am 24, 5'0" average, blonde with grey eyes. Razzer I am happily married and a proud mother of a very rambunctious two year old.

I've got a wacky/dry sense of humor, but usually am amoung the genuinely nicest of people you can meet. I do have a bit of facetious-ness to me though. I can be a smart-donkey at times, especially if someone is one to me first. Smiler

Singing and drawing are my two passions in life, besides my family and faith. Although, I'd never be as arrogant to say that I am the best at either, I am decent. I love them, you take either from me, and it'd would be taking a part of my spirit away from me.

I don't frequent here much anymore. Mainly because I just don't have the time. I volunteer as an admin and an animated name signature artist at a family friendly website, which does take up much of my time. And I only do that when I have spare time from chasing my kiddo around all day. lol Smiler

oops, need to update.. xD

-Music: Like all kinds, except Rap (well mostly at least)

-Religion: Christian

-Food: Very Picky... lol xD

-Politics: Don't talk about 'em, no matter my opinion. Smiler

okies, That's about it Wink

My family sees me as a good dad. Isn't that all that matters?

Friends see me as one of the nicest, funniest, most easy going people they know. Seriously! No, stop laughing . . . All right, cut it out! . . . . Okay, fine, be that way. Your loss.
Okay, gonna try winging it here....

A lil OCD, but we'll make it work....

5'4 1/2" (don't forget the half)

Not skinny, not fat, more voluptuous as others have described me.

37, Aries

Olive tanned skin... Cherokee, French, Italian mostly...

Black naturally wavy/curly hair, I do cover premature gray, but it was black to begin with. Thinking about highlights, but I've been thinking about it a long time. I'll be platinum blonde in 10 more years anyway. There's something good to be said for a little vanity.

I absolutely love gourmet coffee!

I love the beach!

I'm outdoorsy and indoorsy... I bloom in the sun, though I love being a geek (though no one would guess it by looking at me) and I'm forever learning something new. Reading, writing, anything technical... love it.

Music... EVERYthing but thug rap.

I am creative in many aspects. I consider myself to have many facets, like that of a beautiful diamond, one facet not better than the other... just different.

I do hair, and I do it well... have a great repoire with people and usually never meet a stranger. Though I'm shy when things get personal.

I would like to get into the IT field.

I'm spiritual, but not religiously active.

I'm soft hearted and always root for the underdog.

I love the world and hate all the pain in it.

I'm equally right and left brained.

I can't stand liars, cheats, hypocrites or pretentious people. I prefer the incorruptible ones in my circle of friends. Though it can be hard to distinguish the good from the bad at times.

I feel that I haven't developed to my full potential in life.

I feel that I've wasted a lot of precious time.

I've lived a lot, loved a lot, and cried a lot.

I think that if you've touched someone's heart, reached out to those in need, never judged a book by it's cover... you could be an angel and never know it.

My friends say I'm beautiful inside and out. I think I'm okay.

Wow! So do you wear those skimpy nurses uniforms with stiletto heels? If not, is it okay if I pretend you do?
