Back a few years ago, I think I remember Helen Keller Hospital or the owners filing and winning a lawsuit against the North Alabama Medical Center owners over the number of rooms that the new hospital could have.  I also believe that the number of rooms were reduced from what NAMC wanted to build and now I’m wondering, given the pandemic we are all facing, if that decision will come back to haunt officials who made the lawsuit and those who were responsible for the reduction in total number of rooms?

If it actually got to the point, which I hope it never does, to where the actual number of rooms available cost some their lives if they, or more to the point, their families might have some kind of suit against those responsible for the reduction in rooms at the new Hospital?

Be as the Bereans ( Acts 17:11 )
