Mr. Bayh, is saying that congress doesn't work, anymore. Where has he been? He has voted for the mess. Tarp, bailouts and the rest. The man is as lame as they come. He doesn't have original ideas, he is told what to say and when. His father's coat-tails, that's why he's where he is. And the fact that he did this, without notice, just before the dead-lines for running, has to mean something. If this is an honest attempt to change things on his part, I will have more respect for him, than I ever have. He needs to do something in the private sector. Heaven help us if he runs for President.
