I dont know who came up with that! but it is as good as airplane boy; or little boy!

The trainee must successfully complete 480 hours of correctional officer training at an approved academy.
the must satisfactorily complete the training course within the time set forth, according to the code of Alabama title 36-21-46



you must pass 43 hours of handgun training and qualify 2 of 3 attempts on the handgun firearms course.

But if you was actually a CO then you would have known all this and been able to answer any question that was asked of you.

The point of this conversation was that ttodd stated that a jailer in franklin co. carried a gun, I dont know if that was from him being in the county jail or the city jail, and then you come in and try to make someone believe that your post and your opinion is worth something, and we all no that it is not. I can assure you that I have been in far more prisons than you have, And I dont care how long you have worked in that profession, (that is if you work in that profession) there is nothing that you can tell me on here, now if you are a computer tech you might be able to tell me something that i dont know, but I doubt it. as far as anything you know about NCIC, I am sure is from overhearing a real professional talk about it, and what you can look up on the internet.

And no person on the inside of a state prison carries a gun, only tower gaurds, special persons. but those are not inside the prisons. ARE THEY. so take your opinion and I cant say the rest, but you know where that is going! and go to sleep, or go watch the bulls have their good time tonight!

Firenze, it is usually Highschool diploma/ GED as far as education goes.

I do not believe a diploma or GED is required to be a jailer. A diploma or GED is required to work as a C/O in a state or federal prison. It's a question of ignorance not education.

Well I am very proud of my profession unlike you, jetgirl, and gladly state that I am a LEO. and the video speaks for itself, as far as the video goes, justice will takes it course, on some of those involved it already has! to bad someone had to go to palm beach to find such a video, since we are talking about cops in this area, and we all have dash cams, lets post one that comes from this area, not Palm Beach. but since you are not proud enough of your profession no one can go though and find video's from all over the country!!
