While, the US has cut its pollution thru use of natural gas replacing coal, the rest of the world is going in the opposite direction. India and China are adding col generation plants weekly. Europe has abandoned new solar and wind power as costing too much. Germany is our 3rd best coal importer/

Simply not true while some European countries, the U.S., Australia etc reduced Carbon emissions. The total world wide carbon emissions total grew greatly in the last 10 years mainly in developing countries like China, Mexico, India and Russia.
