I don't know what's being built but when that property was originally surveyed a friend of mine did it. Its called restaurant row, so we can guess its another place to eat.
we need more places downtown to eat. I hated when all the restaurants on Florence Blvd moved out of the strip.
Isn't that the area where a Lonestar Steakhouse was to be built?
