I live in Big Oak subdivision in Center Star. There are two beautiful dogs that are literally starving and dehydrated hanging around Center Star Market. I have fed them and brought them some water but can't get them in my car. My husband is out of town until next week so if anyone in the area is looking to adopt please go there and try to get these very gentle and loving dogs in your vehicle. This is breaking my heart and could use all the help I can get. I would gladly bring them to my home if I can get help getting them. Thanks!

Its amazing isn't it...Probably 95% of the people who pass these starving animals going in and out of the grocery store claim to be of a certain religious sect...yet ! will not give up one $1.25 to buy a can of dog food and open it on the way back to the car for the animals..

Too many "do as I want you to believe that I do" people, instead of people who have compassion for what some consider the lower scale of existence..
Ah!!!!!!!!! "Piety of the soul" such sweet folly...but it does allow the word superior to cover them like a warm overcoat on a snowy day.....

Seems to contradict itself, doesn't it?

If you ate only once or twice a week, wouldn't you still be starving?

I understand from PAWS that they have been rescued.
I am so thankful to PAWS for responding to my frantic call about these sweet dogs. I am going to start volunteering for this wonderful organization and would encourage anyone in our area to do the same! Also, thank you to the members of this forum that showed compassion and concern regarding my post.
