The video I viewed was not like the reporter says at all.

Moments later Lansdell's son and McKinney are seen exchanging words when both raise their hands towards each other and swing. Colbert County Sheriff Ronnie May said its incidents like this that has forced Chuck Lansdell to make a special request.
In the video I viewed the son pushed McKinney down.
