Just like going to church, there's just nothing good to find in the Religion forum. The majority is hypocrites.

I've said before semi this forum isn't religious. And the majority isn't a
hypocrite. No matter where you look you aren't going to find something you
don't want to find in the first place. The people that coddle you here, aren't
out there. So you might as well stay here.

I hate like the devil for you to leave semi. What in particular were you looking for on here?
If you want to quit a forum then you freakin' just quit. You don't put out a post saying that you intend to quit, then it looks like all you want are responses that are begging:
"Oh don't quit we need your wisdom on here so much!' or "don't let the mean things these trolls say to you run you off, we really love you!"

I think you've done this a couple of times before.
If I go to any forum seeking answers, be it on religion, house painting, or yoga, if I don't find what I want in four, five, six years, I see no point in staying.
Many people like debate. Fine. Many like the friendships formed (perhaps not on this forum). Fine. But anyone who comes to this forum looking for religious answers should know after a certain time that they won't be found here.
Life is hard. God doesn't promise us our parents/spouse/children won't die. He doesn't promise us money or prestige. What he does promise is a reward in the afterlife for serving him faithfully. Note to those who are always shouting "Hypocrites," God says faithfully, not perfectly.

think the devil hates it when semi leaves again or do you know how the
devil feels when you act like him? Do you and the devil hate like, the same?
If this is too personal just let go, I hate like the devil to pizz you off.

I suspect you meant to say the Religion Forum is not Christian. Just a reminder, Christianity is a relationship with Jesus Christ. Religion is a set of traditions, rituals, man-made dogmas and beliefs.
When the TD Mods suggested starting this separate forum, I suggested they call it the "Faith and Family Forum" -- but, they elected to go with the name "Religion Forum." I suppose this was so that world religions such as atheism, agnosticism, and the many others, would feel more at home.
With that in mind, the Religion Forum is more "religion" than "Christian" -- since we have many more world religion posts than Christian posts.
Please do not get me wrong; there are a number of Christians posting here -- but we are outnumbered. My heart would jump for joy if more Christians would begin to post on the Religion Forum. And, my heart would be literally thrilled if more conservative Christians would begin to post.

Hey Semi... I am so sorry to hear you are leaving and I do wish you would reconsider... You have many friends here, many of whom you never see posting... Ya' know, in spite of all the cynicism and criticism, there is a lot to be learned here... If nothing else one can learn how a good Christian shouldn't act...
Sorry about that PM. I don't think I ever received it...In fact I don't know what a PM alert would look like... I'm going to have to ask a mutual friend to show me how to use it... :-)
Again, I wish you would reconsider and stick around... Even if it is just for the fun of it... Your friends will miss you. We'll continue thinking of you and praying for you...

What an ugly thing to say to Semi. Invictus you and Best get more like Bill Gray every day. They say you become like the company you keep. Maybe you should think about taking a leave of absence for a while. Might do you some good. I know I wouldn't mind it. I'm sure I'm not alone...
Semi, I do that from time to time. It helps to just stay away from here and clear your head. I try to always view this place as entertainment only. When I find myself taken it all to serious I know I need a break.

Check the ALERTS button on the top right of your screen. That is where you will be flagged when someone sends you a PM. It is easy to miss if one is not specifically looking for it.

It was just a suggestion. Since you seemed to have so many for Semi I thought I would give you one. You would know more about corresponding with Bill. Seems that you two follow each other around on here trying to out hateful each other. I rarely respond to anything he has to say. I am starting to see you are just as much of a waste of time. There are many people here worth having a discussion with. As long as I am enjoying myself I will stay around.
