It says here that Alberto Gonzales is firing any federal attorney who is not supporting Bush Policy. DOES THIS MEAN THAT IF A FEDERAL ATTORNEY OPPOSES TORTURE, HE CAN BE FIRED?

FLIP FLOP
REGULAR AS A CLOCK, FLIP FLOP

Sen. John W. Warner will join his fellow Republicans in voting Monday to block the resolution he wrote rebuking President Bush's Iraq war policy.
"Senator Warner supports the Senate Republican leadership's effort to establish a free and open debate on Iraq on the Senate floor, including possible amendments," a spokesman for the Virginia Republican said yesterday afternoon.

If Bush can break one ammendment to eavesdrop or to get into your mail or e-mail, what makes you think he can't break the fourth amendment or any other amendment in the constitution?

nothing at all pba. EXCEPT Federal Attornies who will not VIOLATE THE FOURTH AMENDMENT or the Fifth or for that matter the 13th.
AND, this move on the part of the administration is an overt, obvious and TOTALLY LEGAL move to replace the present Federal Attornies with Mini Me...Alberto Gonzaleses.

Fitzgerald, Federal Prosecutor, or US ATTORNEY. Could have been one of the Gone.

The issue of US Attornies is VITAL, Complicated, and overlooked. You don't get the picture without LOOKING IN THE GALLERY.

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - A suicide bomber killed 135 people on Saturday in the deadliest single bombing in Iraq since the 2003 war, driving a truck laden with one ton of explosives into a market in a mainly Shi'ite area of Baghdad.

GEORGE BUSH'S GREATEST HITS!
So, if Bush can get all this done,he will have it made huh? I mean you might say our buddy George can sing songs like nothing can't stop me now, Iam the decider,I fool you,My hero was Hitler,Cheney and me looking out the backdoor,Give me love, give me war, give me oil,I am war time president.
Vice President's Shadow Hangs Over Trial
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/20...AR2007020301344.html

Vice President Cheney's press officer, Cathie Martin testified in federal court last week that, Scooter Libby provided detailed replies, to written questions from reporters, dictated by Cheney, including a highly partisan, incomplete summary of Wilson's investigation into Iraq's suspected weapons of mass destruction program.
On January 27, peace supporters from around the country gathered in
Washington, D.C., to demonstrate that the majority of the U.S. public
wants the troops to come home from Iraq. Now we're building
momentum from this landmark event.

One way you can keep the momentum going is through our new
"Friends For Peace" project. In this issue of Toward Peace
& Justice, you can find out how to be part of this fun,
photo-sharing web site that is adding visibility to the pro-peace
majority. You also can help expand our call for an immediate stop to
workplace raids in the U.S. that are targeting immigrants, promote
efforts to cancel Africa's onerous external debt, read
dispatches from the recent World Social Forum in Kenya, and more.

The annual World Social Forum rallies around the cry that
"Another World Is Possible." Thanks for your support as we
work to bring that other, better world closer to reality.

Peace,
Mary Ellen McNish
AFSC General Secretary

U.S. Troops in Iraq: 72% Say End War

Le Moyne College/Zogby Poll shows just one in five troops want to heed Bush call to stay “as long as they are needed”
While 58% say mission is clear, 42% say U.S. role is hazy
Plurality believes Iraqi insurgents are mostly homegrown
Almost 90% think war is retaliation for Saddam’s role in 9/11, most don’t blame Iraqi public for insurgent attacks
Majority of troops oppose use of harsh prisoner interrogation
Plurality of troops pleased with their armor and equipment
An overwhelming majority of 72% of American troops serving in Iraq think the U.S. should exit the country within the next year, and nearly one in four say the troops should leave immediately, a new Le Moyne College/Zogby International survey shows.

The poll, conducted in conjunction with Le Moyne College’s Center for Peace

There is an interesting development in the :SURGE: debate. Yesterday one of the two Vice Presidents of Iraq. A Sunni Muslim, said that the US Surge should be INCREASED, SPEEDED UP, AND SUPPORTED.

Lays the Lie to the PROPOGANDA that the Sunni leadership is OPPOSING THE US INVOLVEMENT IN IRAQ. Also lends some credibility to reports that SUNNI insurgents are being supported with money and material by Saudi interests.

THE FIRST CASUALTY OF WAR IS THE TRUTH.

We are at war. We are being lied to. It is the way war is waged.
