My director of nursing asked me to post this (I will send EH a PM with the IP address involved).

She cannot get to the TD site at all on her laptop. She can access the site on home desktop, work desktop, my laptop, etc. The message says IP address is blocked, but she has no idea whose IP addy it is. She travels over four counties, so she could have picked it up anywhere.

I suggested she delete the cookies and reboot, but that didn't work. Any other suggestions? She doesn't run Firefox and doesn't want to add it if there's a snafu in her computer.

EH, can you unblock the IP address when I send it?

Thanks.

I don't think that would be it since she can't get in at work or at home. It's an Acer, if that makes any difference.

I know that I couldn't get in once, but there was some kind of message saying it was temporary (and it lasted a few days). I finally ran some McAfee scans that come with my Toshiba and got back in. Oddly enough, I could get in on Firefox, just not Explorer.
