Tnt - He used threatening language. No one cares if you like or dislike anything. People DO care if you use threats and abusive language.
I suggest you read the rules of this forum. You may also wish to brush up on some civil law as well. Assault and verbal threats are against the law - it really does not matter what tortured justification you may have.

tnt5862...it appears that the times daily is pro homosexual. I did not make any threats of any kind. meranasasnake did state they had a friend that would kick my ass all the way to Tennessee. I certainly hope EH@timesdaily sent them a PM too.

Heres the PM I got.

"EH, TimesDaily.com Posted 25 April 2008 10:56 PM
Please remember that posting discriminatory content is a violation of the Member Agreement. The anti-gay statements you made under the above-referenced topic fall under that category.

Continued violation of the Member Agreement will result in suspension.

Thanks in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
EH "

You threatened to bash someone's head in with a bat or some object.

That is more than threat.

Meanasasnake did not threaten you with violence. And it was a sarcastic absurd statement that you shouldn't have taken literally. Noone's ass can be kicked to Tennessee. It is literally impossible.

You lie very easily. That tells a lot about your character.
I read what you wrote,as did others. Where is the Big Man now? You know the one who tries to intimidate people using threats of violence?
Did you ever answer Joy's question? The one about being a Christian? I mean Christian in the traditional sense of the word. Tell us about your 'conversion' experience, if you can.
You told a story of someone following you home from a Park in Florence (Wilson or Veterans--you mentioned both during the thread) late at night.

You made statements saying that you had wished you had (an object) to hurt them with and that they wouldn't be "gay" anymore.

I do remember your post well and being offended by it. I even comment back noting how ignorant and hateful it was.

I do not have the exact post archived, but several others do. I do not archive posts.

I DO remember as Maggie, mean, and joy do as to how violent and offensive the post was because we all immediately pointed it out to you at the ignorance and hatefulness of the post.

You are a LIAR!

Bill has even fell for your lie, enough to make a thread about it. He archives posts...surly he didn't post about something that NEVER happened...OR DID HE?

maggie maybe you can tell what this THREAT was...gosh this sure is mysterious.

As far as whether I am Christian or not...you are as joy!

Its really sad that you can't debate head on with me...you have to create something that didn't happen, lying comes easy. Your kind generally has low moral character...so what else is new?
The problem is that it is very difficult to reply to your posts because no one can tell your views on anything expect that you hate and have resorted to violence in the past.

You may be using sarcasm for some of your posts but it is not easily read. You may try typing (sarcasm) after it. Or say "I am joking". Maybe it wouldn't be so hard to tell if you were professing to be a Christian, an atheist, or somewhere in between like me.

I find organized religion to be frustrating and almost exclusive for certain people. If you are not perfect or from a certain family, it is nearly impossible to find acceptance.

So as far as that goes, I don't care what your views are. I'm definitely not judging you or calling you out on that.

But you are posting such hateful things towards specific groups. It's really disturbing. I may not be "Christian" but I do love all kinds of people. It is ok to understand people are different. You don't have to be friends with them, but to threaten them or say mean things about them BECAUSE of how they are born and BECAUSE of something they had no choice over is just awful...

"my kind"?! What does that mean?

I want to continue debating with you, but it is going nowhere.

You like to refer to "my kind" and attack me personally.

I have a pretty high standard of morals. I made sure that I received a 4 year degree, I waited to get married AFTER college. I was never promiscuous and dated my husband for almost 5 years before getting married. I help those in need. I LOVE my neighbors. They are awesome.

I do not attend a church right now if that is what you mean. And there are many reasons for that. Reasons I don't have to justify by you. I don't need your approval about it. But if you are calling me out on that, I can't help what you don't "like" about me.
What he said was;

"I have kicked them and struck them". (a gay man).

"I like to call em the trash they are". (verbal abuse, considered a theat).

"I like to give em a good "thumpin" every now and again. (another threat of physical abuse).

He also refered to them as "sissys" and "wimps". (childish playground crap).

My remark to him was: " I know lesbians who COULD kick your ass to the Tennessee line." I made no threat of violence, just stated that gay people would be within their rights to fight back. I was informed that the comments were deleated because of 46:1's remarks - not mine.

I urge anyone threatened to take action. If someone verbally, or especially physically abuses you - press charges, arm yourself, and do what ever is neccessary under the law to protect yourself. People like this will not prevail in our society.

Wrong...I stated that "I kicked one in the rear quarters once". You ADDED the "struck" part.

To explain...I was at Veterans park (camping). I had went for a walk, sat down at a pavillion occupied by twm men(?). They immediately begain talking about sex. One made a remark toward me...thats when I put them on their way.

I did it then, and yes I would do it again!

Names like you call me...like "white trash"?

I have no reservations about speaking my thoughts!

Your ignorance shows. Ever heard of a Bible thumper? I think you know what I meant though...just trying to twist it to fit your agenda.

Just my observation of the 'pavillion' incident... Wink

Be careful out in public when flinging words like that around...when you threatened to kick someones ass...you better be ready...espeially people like me! All this proves is you make statements you can't stand behind. Wimp out so to speak.

I suggest you don't go around threatening to kick peoples ass then... Roll Eyes

And last but certainly not least...I appreciate you proving that maggie and estoy de russiville were lying!
You never made any reference to your fascinating experience at Veterans Park in your post about "kicking" someone. You simply said you had struck someone. I don't believe you.

By "thumping" you were refering to Bible thumping? Really? Fascinating. You did not specify that in your post. Perhaps if you had the post would not have been deleated. In the context of your post it sounded like assault.

At any rate, the mods seemed to think your posts were violent in nature and I agree with them. Add to that your other obsessive and hatefull message it is not a stretch to believe that you are a violent homophobe.

Once again - I did not say I would kick your ass to the Tennessee line. I said "I KNOW LESBIANS WHO COULD KICK YOUR ASS TO THE TENNESSEE LINE."

By the way - There is still not one thing you can do about gay people - not one thing. You can vote, you can write a letter to your congressman, you can join a club, you can recite scripture specific to the subject, you can do lots of things, but you will not change the fact that they have just as much right as you to exist. I know that is hard for you to take, but that is the way it is. Harassment, assault, verbal abuse and threatening someone is against the law - it does not matter how much you dislike them.

I still am a big advocate for personal protection. If anyone feels threatened they certainly have the right to defend themselves in any manner neccessary. I suggest calling the cops if you have time. If not do what ever it takes to protect youself. Perhaps a gun training class would be in order. Almost anyone can obtain a license to own a firearm.

46:1...if you saw someone that you knew to be a homosexual & this human being was in need....food, clothing, medical care, etc., would you help them if it were in your means to do so?

Of course I would...but if the individual ...continued in their deviant ways...then OF COURSE the help would stop.

By the way...would you help ME if I were in need?

Now...the threats begin.
