The sorry Republican National Committee got caught with some scurrilous and infantile materials used in fundraising. Read all about the silly-ass stuff these dirtbags are into:

how much has politico.com written about Obama's failure to keep about 75% of his promises when he was running for office?

And just WHAT does that jumble of quotes have to do with the subject matter of this string?
Listen, doofus, if you want to introduce an unrelated subject, then start a new topic. Why cant you wingers do anything except post these "So's yer old man" types of comments? It makes you look inept and pitiful.
quote:If you're sick and tired of this GOP Crapola, here is where to send support to those who will out these lowlife scumbuckets:
Yesterday, reporters exposed a confidential Republican National Committee fundraising proposal, uncovering their plan to run "an aggressive campaign capitalizing on 'fear' of President Barack Obama and a promise to 'save the country from trending toward socialism.'"
The memo even included grotesque caricatures of Democratic leaders -- including Speaker Nancy Pelosi as Cruella De Vil and President Obama as the Joker from Batman.
This is the GOP we're now up against: Desperate, shameless, and willing to deceptively play on the worst emotions of people to tear down the President.
We're ready to go toe-to-toe with the GOP. We'll prove that this kind of politics is no match for real grassroots strength and a commitment to making America better -- but we need your help. Please donate $5 or more today to help us fight back.
This past week has brought a barrage of outrageous news about Republican tactics.
Politico is reporting that the same memo outlining their "fear" strategy indicated that the RNC is cynically seeking to further weaken campaign finance reform to up their cash intake.
And National Journal, a Capitol Hill newspaper, found that Republicans are launching robocalls around the country calling health reform "dangerous." These calls are designed to poison the debate around health care at a critical moment -- and are happening right as they hit up insurance company executives for huge contributions.
And to top it off, they're holding an upcoming fundraiser at a compound run by the controversial military contractor formerly known as Blackwater.
Enough is enough. We are ready to fight back with rapid-response teams, truth-telling ads, and the best grassroots organizing anywhere. But we need your help to make it happen. Can you donate $5 or more to help out?

That's the same exact tactic you use all the time old bitter. It's called deflection, I catch you in it all the time.

#1 - the source can't be questioned or talked about?
#2 - nothing showing the 'other side' does EXACTLY the same thing can't be talked about?
Go talk to yourself if you don't want responses except "That's GREAT beter!" - because THAT'S not going to happen much here.
NEWSFLASH: The world does not revolve around you. You cannot control others. Grow up.

The source can be questioned. I have no problem with that. But in this instance every source, conservative or liberal, has reported the same FACTS about the RNC's propaganda package. Also, simply citing a source does not discredit the source with respect to an item of information. One must go further and SHOW where and how the source is wrong.
"Showing the 'other side' does EXACTLY the same thing" is one thing. Simply listing various sins of persons on the other side does not equate to showing "EXACTLY the same thing." Exactitude demsands more than that. It demands relevance to the actual subject matter under discussion. For example, just WHAT does Hilary's misplaced trust in Bill (see ferrellj, above) have to do with how the RNC conducts its propaganda campaigns? NOTHING, that is what, and if you can't understand that, then you have some kind of a big problem with cognitive dissonance!

Cognitive Dissonance? Isn't that the name of your favorite leftie "fiddle, jug, and washtub" folk band?
