Why you should listen:

Simmons is probably the most knowledgeable man on the planet regarding oil reserves, extraction, production and delivery. From A to Z hydrocarbons, this guy knows.

He also addresses some excellent alt energy sources and solutions. Roughly 38 minutes into this talk he makes a comment about the Arctic and oil that is eye (or ear in this case) opening.
