EPA Stops She11 from Drilling for 27 Billion Barrels

After 5 years of exploration, She11 gave the government $2.2 billion for leases and spent lnearly $4 billion dollars on plans to explore for oil in the Beaufort and Chukchi Seas, their efforts were thwarted by the EPA. She11 was stopped because they failed to include the diesel exhaust for their ice breaker. Seems the EPA thinks the exhaust might harm the inhabitants.

The nearest village, popultation 245, is about 70 miles away.
