If only they would do their job!

====================================

Hillary's campaign is the Titanic, and the email scandal and Clinton Foundation pay-to-play corruption is the iceberg. Like those who built the Titanic and those who worked aboard the ship they were arrogant and dismissive.

Convinced that "she" was invincible and unsinkable. Then it hit the iceberg and she sunk to the bottom of the ocean. Like the White Star Line, the Hillary 2016 operatives and the "captain" herself are in denial. She is going down.

Democrats will rue the day they crammed boarded her ship. And, like the Titanic, there are not enough lifeboats to handle those on board her campaign. Abandon ship! Of course just like Hillary professes, women and idealistic youth first while the media band plays on.
Like Hillary 2016, those who built the Titanic were an insular group. They were secretive in the design and construction in order to protect and fend off competitors stealing their ideas and innovations and protecting their principals.

With little oversight the White Star Line was free to build what they wanted the way they wanted. Hillary too had little oversight in the way she operated as secretary of state. No one dared cross her or tell her how to run her email in infrastructure or operation.

Hillary was the captain of her ship of state and her crew at the State Department at the time she was there did whatever she ordered regardless of whether it was right or lawful.

The mutiny may be brewing as some in her former crew are surely being questioned by the FBI as to what they did with regard to emails and Clinton Foundation donors and speeches by Bill Clinton. If the FBI pressures Clinton crew members with criminal exposure there is no doubt they will jump ship and turn on her.

I haven't seen many Obama appointees with a smidgen of integrity, so I'm betting on no indictment unless there is enough discontent among the ranks of the FBI and DoJ that there is a threat of mass retirements and whistle-blowing. Only the fear of a historical black-eye to the Obama legacy would cause the DoJ to indict Hillary Clinton.

How the FBI Could Force DOJ to Prosecute Hillary Clinton

By Jim Geraghty, The National Review

Could the Hillary Clinton e-mail saga end with FBI Director James Comey resigning in protest?

Ken Cuccinelli, the former attorney general of Virginia, knows the laws regarding classified information firsthand. In his private practice, Cuccinelli defended a Marine lieutenant colonel court martialed on charges of possessing such information outside a secure facility. He says Clinton’s actions in the e-mail scandal clearly satisfy all five requirements necessary to sustain charges of mishandling classified material, and constitute a breach perhaps even more glaring than the one for which General David Petraeus was convicted.

Like Petraeus, Clinton was clearly “an employee of the United States government.” Like Petraeus, Clinton obtained and created “documents and materials containing classified information” through her work at the State Department. In response to a Congressional inquiry earlier this month, I. Charles McCullough, III, the inspector general of the intelligence community, declared that an intelligence official examined “several dozen e-mails containing classified information determined . . . to be . . . CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET, and TOP SECRET/SAP information” residing on Clinton’s server. (SAP is an acronym for ‘special access programs,’ a level of classification above top secret.)

Like Petraeus, Clinton “knowingly removed such documents or materials.” Cuccinelli points out that she actually committed this crime on a significant scale three separate times: First, by setting up her e-mail system to route messages to and through her unsecured server, then by moving the server to Platte River Networks, a private company, in June of 2013, and then by transferring the server’s contents to her private lawyers in 2014.
