No that was Cheney. Bush isn't smart enough to plan a drinking party. Bush was only the puppet while the militatry industrial complex headed up by Cheney ran the guvment.
Bush's SATs and college grades show him to be smarter than Kerry and just a little less than Gore. As to Obama, we don't know as his grades are sealed. And, don't quote he was "magna cum laude," as that is just a statement, not proven by his records.
I have no idea why he won't make his records public, but all we have to go on is that he graduated Magna Cum Laude and he was an editor of the Law Review. My mom went to Harvard for both college and law school, and she graduated with all kinds of honors and she was on the law review. She went before Obama's time, in the early 80s. And when she was a law student, election to the law review was based on academic rank. I think it changed during Obama's time. And, for the record, my mom is African American (I'm biracial.).
But, from what is know, Hilary is the, "smartest," of the bunch. Carter is said to be thoroughly intelligent, but I think he was considered a crappy president.
Who knows? I won't make any excuses for him not making his grades public though.
