Does anyone know why a FPD car is hidden behind the old Kalidescope building in the Parking lot of the Economy Inn on Tn. Street? Been there a while? Hummnnn?

I drove down college a couple of times and noticed. I am half way to Decatur now.
It's probably a decoy car.

I called the Florence Police department they did not know it was there but they are sending someone down there to investigate it. The only reply I got on the phone was oh that is a very good question.
Perhaps it is a car with similar markings to FPD that has been sold to the public. I know a black and white crown vic was getting complaints about the way it was being driven a few years ago. Every cop in the area was being complained at by their supervisor. It was finally determined to be a personal car that had at one time been a Tennessee cop car that was bought at auction.
The point of a decoy car is to give the impression of police presence. It obviously worked.
You people have to much time to come up with all of these what if's.
