1. Does anyone know what's going into the small building between Mefford's and the old Tennessee Valley Bank building on Tennessee Street? It really looks nice, but I haven't seen any activity recently.
2. The former Excel building (originally a Burger Chef) is also undergoing renovation and is looking more upscale every day. Anyone know what's going on with it?
3. In the really looking sick department, who was responsible for painting the old car wash across from the vacant Wendy's on Florence Boulevard? It looks like something my cat hacked up. Also, the Alsco building went from looking almost stately to 1950's Florida gas station cheap. Who would complain about Kennedy's when these two businesses are around?
