i had red robin in noblesville, in over the weekend. got the burning love for $9.29 and it came with all you could eat fries.

went to 5 guys about 3 weeks ago. a regular burger was $4.29 and reg. fries was $2.39 bringing the total to $6.68.

the price difference is $2.61 and as with everything else, you get what you pay for.
the red robin burger was twice the size and just as good. the fries were better. (thick cut steak fries)

here's the menu for red robin...

I have serious doubts that Five Guys will actually come to the area due to the way the Shoals is but then I'm sure the possibility is much greater than Red Robin even if Red Robin would be more preferable and has a better burger. If someone is going to make the investment outlay to open a Red Robin you can bet it would be somewhere with a greater draw than the Shoals. Too many people around here are just to frugal with their money. I'd love to see a Steak and Shake also but, like five guys, I doubt very seriously that will happen in my lifetime.
i like them both. good thing about red robin is they sell hooch, but their burgers aren't better and their fries definitely aint, that's just my opinion though. and yea red robin will cost you way more than 5 guys. they're both great for what they are. 5 guys is a simple in your face burger, red robin tries to be all fancy and gourmet. neither would last around here because people would complain about the prices the same way they complained about fat boys prices.
btw, who needs red robin or 5 guys, we have stagg's. i just with they had better hours.
monday > friday until 2:00pm doesn't do it for me because i'm always at work during that time.

got off early yesterday for a change and went stagg's. got a large burger and small fries and the bill came to $5.20. awesome burger and fries and filled me up. had to throw some of the fries away because i was full.
True dat! I loves me some Staggs!!! The only change they need to make is go to homemade fries and have fresh jalapenos for the bacon cheeseburgers.

I had Five Guys in Huntsville today and loved it, but it was $9.04 for a small cheeseburger, reg fries, and reg drink. FTR, the fries were enough for 2-3 people.
Let’s see. We’re talking about 5 Guys, Red Robin and BYB where the average price for a burger, fries and coke is about 10 bucks give of take. Isn’t this the area, when Mickey D’s took the double cheeseburger off the Dollar menu people **** near burnt the building down? I agree the high end burgers are well worth the money but in this area it ain’t going to fly. They will do good the first several months but when the new wears off you won’t have a problem finding a parking spot.
