Those who have been following the string begun by Bill Gray and entitled "Is Salvation by 'Blind Faith"--Or By 'Living Faith'"? are herewith advised that the initiator of that string, Bill Gray, after struggling hard to avoid answering my challenge to what he posted, has now performed the standard Bill Gray maneuver of transferring the discussion to a new and separate string ("Does Saving Faith Include Belief in a Specific Eschatology?"). The transparently obvious reason for this unnecessary stratagem is to at least partially conceal the whuppin' Bill received in the first string. Within the first of these strings, the Resident Analyst of Billistic Behavior, semiannualchick, made the following astute observations of the behavior of our boy Bill:
<<<"In other words, to kiss, when proven wrong, which is all the time, he acts like he didn't see the response, declares it a "spitting contest", drops the subject or runs to make a new thread. OR if he thinks someone else has a thread getting more attention than his, which is most of them, he hijacks it and tries to make it about him."(emphasis added)>>>
Bill has indeed "run to make a new thread." Be sure you have read the first of the two threads cited above before proceeding to the second. In that way, you will have the full account of why Bill took so ponderously long to answer a simple, fairly-stated question and you will be able to draw your own conclusions as to why Bill scooted away to start a new thread.
Further guidance will be provided in future similar instances of strategic discussion re-locations by Bill Gray.
