Sorry you all, but "Pizza Hut" is for me,

They do have management on site you can talk to about quality of their food, and or problems pertaining to cleanliness, and for the most part they have people who have a genuine dress code as far as cleanliness goes too.
In other words they have been around a long time, and their product is the tastiest of all the others I think (but who am I to say?).
Makes me hungry for a Pizza Hut pizza just thinking about it! Try the Pizone (spelled wrong) its very tasty, and for two people buy just one, as it is a pretty a good size meal iin its self (unless of course your a HOG (like myself) Wink

Semper Fi,(carry on citizen's!)

Pizza Hut has great pizza. I worked at the one in Russellville many years ago and sorta got burnt out on it and stopped eating there for awhile but have recently started ordering from there again and I love the thin crust pepperoni, the meat lovers and the supreme. I used to order from Dominoes all the time back when they were here and I still miss their pizzas and the garlic butter. mmmmmm... but yeah Pizza Hut runs a good restaurant IMHO.

I'm getting hungry now. Smiler

I have never ate at Fox's Pizza.
"I remember tubbsfox from back before he worked there."

Then you may even know that i ran a profitable pizza store before I left it to open Fox's. That's one of the reason's I was offered the job, I'd done it before. Within about 6 months or so Fox's was running in the black. Not bad for a new pizza place with little name recognition, I like to think. You might or might not know that when I left I was rehired by my old employer. I ran that store to the owners satisfaction, i.e. profitably, and was given a busier store to run. And it makes money, too.

"Pretty sure the owner and tubbsfox had a falling out over someone's job performance."

I'll let you judge my job performance. I have a job. Running an pizza store. One that's open.

"Makes sense, given how he talks about his former employer. And that when asked, his former employer doesn't really want to talk about him."

And I'm not a bit surprised. Businesses that don't make money...well, they don't stay open.

I probably won't even look at this anymore. My curiosity has been satisfied. Besides, been there done that, and literally, have the t-shirt. But good luck to all fine dining in Florence.
Wow I didn't know that Fox's (on Cloverdale Rd) had closed. I'm still wondering why Pizza Marina closed because I thought they had so much more business since relocating to Killen?

My wife gave up on Pizza Marina after we ordered ours and got a pizza that had been cooked and not picked up. For a freshly ordered pizza to come luke warm at best and then the owner or people not to make up for it (still charge the same as a fresh one) that got to the wife and I never could get her to go back. I always loved their cheeze pizza and thought it to be the best in the area but I guess things changed around after they moved from River Road but I haven't heard anyone really say why they quit so I don't really know.
Not that it matters, now, but it was the owner, not the manager. First we talked to the waitress then the owner. My only point in bringing it up was just to say that the way owners, managers, etc handle complaints does have a direct effect on some people's desire to return. When you don't feel you get value for your money you tend not to return. I hated it happened because I loved their pizza, the best in the area, in my opinion, but I also respect my wife's opinion and desires so it was also important to me. I hate to hear about any business failing or closing, whatever the reason but there are usually one or more underlying reasons places fail. The owners were good folks and I wish they hadn't had to close. I'll miss their pizzas.
