Franklin Co. man threatens to 'make Sandy Hook look minor'

Sounds like he needs a visit to the mental hospital. Or a change of medication or current dosage perhaps? 

Let's ban insanity. 

Let's put insane people with violent tendencies back in the box, as they were before the ACLU turned them out on the streets. 

Lightfoot reportedly said he had a previous arrest for criminal possession of explosive components and assault in Texas. Florence Police check his criminal history and found an explosives arrest in 2003.

Considering this piece of info, I think he is due an extended stay in one of our institutions (be it mental or criminal).  Apparently, this is not his first rodeo.

I'm still working on a way to determine who is capable of handling matches and how we can license those people to ensure that all fires are only started by those properly licensed and trained.  And we definitely need to control those high capacity matches (lighters) that seem to be all the danger these days......

And we need to find a way to discourage simpletons who construct ridiculous and irrelevant analogies as they stretch to find some kind of justification for continuing to allow just about any kind of weapons or ammunition to be sold without adequate screening of buyers.
