I can't give out the video, but alot of the details that have been provided are correct but not completely. It wasn't a Roger's plumbing van, and he was actually spiked while on Patton Island Bridge. I'm sure there will be details in the paper, but you have to give it a few days. The paper doesn't contact the pd's for information on weekends, and if by chance they do there wouldn't be anyone there authorized to release details about the incident.

Who knows you all may see the video on Tru TV in a few months. I've gotten some good video over the years, and this one ranks up there with the best of them.

This happened directly in front of my house, it was a ROGERS PLUMBING VAN! Are you trying to defend the guy or something?

Why would I be defended him if I was involved in the pursuit. The video is evidence and it just happened a few days ago. It hasn't went to trial. It's wasn't a Roger's plumbing van, evidently you were still asleep. Try reading some of beautifulme and lawncuttin's posts it seems they may have a reliable source.

Not to be rude to some of you people but there are about 3-5 police pursuits a week between all the departments in Colbert and Lauderdale County. There are also many arrest that occur and search warrants served that never make any kind of news...paper or tv. I know this particular one maybe seemed a little out of the ordinary but truly, they all are out of the ordinary. Just wanted to point that out.

Look im not going to argue on here back and forth but I did see everything happen and I live on poplar where it all finally went down. Maybe you misread the van, but im a 100% sure it was a Rogers Plumbing Van. Dont ruin another mans business just because of false facts.

hahah its cool, I just know that im right and think its funny when people that are the ones that listen to scanners and then get on here and act like they know everything and I was an eyewitness..

Evidently you never learned to read. I have the video to prove the name on the truck was not Roger's Plumbing. The driver's name was Roger! So, you are wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!! I stated that I was involved in the pursuit, so I believe I know. I wasn't someone standing in their front yard attempting to be nosy!

Maybe it was both of them racing to a clog.

I'll beleive it when I see it, and I wasnt being nosey as I said before in previous comments I walked outside when I heard the sirens from miles away then we saw all that happen.. So if you'll learn to read we'll all be ok.. Obviously now we know you cant!! Big Grin

Oh and it was a van not a truck.

Were did I post anything about a truck? Since I can't read it's obvious you can't spell. It's believe not beleive, can't instead of cant. Have a nice night grizzly. When are you going to post on the pursuit last night that went from Muscle Shoals to Florence? If I told you it was a stolen Ford Explorer, I guess I'd be wrong. Here's a good one, I bet you saw the whole thing and it was a Roger's plumbing van last night.

This above is where he gets the truck thing; you were probably just typing and thinking quickly and accidentally said truck---nitpicking.

Now I'm aching to know who is right; Grizzly or Crimson? My money is with Crimson and the others who say it was Barnett's.

Big Grin Silliness.

Thanks for pointing that out. I believe our courtroom is open to the public.
Lets just hope this bill gets passed.

"Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement, sponsored by Representative Spencer Collier and Senator Rusty Glover.

This legislation seeks to reduce the number of individuals who flee from law enforcement, particularly by means of a vehicle. Intentional flight from law enforcement would start as a class B misdemeanor, but it would become a class C felony if a motor vehicle is used, and it would be a class B felony if the flight created a risk of injury or death to bystanders. This bill is a high priority for law enforcement and would keep our streets safer for the citizens of Alabama. Attorney General King has named this bill in honor of Montgomery police officer Keith E. Houts who was shot and killed in 2006 while making a traffic stop."
So pardon my ignorance - maybe I missed something. But exactly where in the link to Shoalonda was it 'enough said'?

And we are actually supposed to believe that there are 3 cops on here, actually offering - albeit never producing - their video from the scene? I am 99% sure it was Barnett Plumbing. I am also 99% sure that we have 3 dreamers on here with wanna be syndrome (s) of some kind. As in 'I wanna be a cop someday' Razzer

"What's up with this: Rumors are flying about the involvement of a Barnett Plumbing Truck in a weekend high speed chase that spanned two counties. For those who don't know, the owner of this company is the father of Keith Barnett, another victim in our local unsolved murder files."

^That's a direct quote from Shoalanda Speaks site. In case you missed it....

Also, I know several folks on here and we don't have to prove who we are or where we work. Maybe there are some on here who have been arrested or hold grudges against law enforcement for some unknown reason. HMM, I wonder.
Oh I did see that quote from Shoaloanda - but the person who referred us there earlier made the comment "enough said" which led me to belive that she was going to tell us who the driver was, and what was actually "up" with the deal - I love reading Shoalonda - I always enjoy reading your posts as well - You are surely not telling me you are a police officer - if you are you might be a real one - because you are to nice - the comments I made earlier were directed at hints I picked up on from 3 others of fraud - not you!
And by the way Ms. Bella, if you had happen to have caught any of NY Trooper's earlier posts where he is being very vulgar and nasty talking, I think you'd reconsider your comments. Police officers are sworn public servants - not sworn public dictators - maybe if they would show a little respect - particularly behind a computer screen - some would be shown back. Smiler

Crimson, can you please put a link to your page so we can all see the video? That would help alot.

The link was highlighted. The comment, Enough Said, was directed toward Grizzly. I am simply tired of trying to convince people that it was not a Roger's Plumbing van. I could care less if you believe I'm a fraud. There are plenty of people on the forums that know who I am and where I work. I know the facts related to the this particular incident because I was involved with the pursuit. I will not post the video on a public forum for all to see. I have a private page and several on the forums have access to that page. It would not be very professional on my part to post details of this incident and post the video since it hasn't even went to court. I don't believe Bella ever made mention that she was a police officer, however she is in the LEO community and has direct knowledge of the incident that happened Friday night.
