well congrats you have proved I don't know everything, geez and I though I did.  You would have to ask his parents about the pictures, why she retracted her statement, why they don't know for sure its Trayvon's voice, nobody really does. And let's see you will need to call the news station that you say edited a video and maybe you can call Zimmerman and ask him shy he is referred to as a white hispanic. I did see earlier today that one of his parents in hispanic and one is white so......... Again give these folks a call because your right, I don't know everything. By the way did you read the artical I posted from CNN, that's a news station and one of the places I get my information, now where do you get yours, you never mentioned it

No, I want YOU to tell us. You sure knew everything a while ago.  Here you go, I posted this earlier, on this thread, guess you just "overlooked" it.

You don't have a point and the only facts you seem to have are the ones you made up.

you have no business even commenting on this, lonely person with nothing better to do. Yeah I wrote the CNN article, every bit of it, I made it all up. Maybe there's to many big words for you to read it, if there is just read my posts they say the same thing

And not only that.  The homeowners in that area had formed the neighborhood watch and authorized him to not only be there, but to deal with any suspicious activity. OTOH, Trayvon had no legal right for where he was.

To deal with suspicious activity and CALL POLICE, not hop out of your car with a gun. The Homeowners are not the police. AND Trayvon was staying with his father in that neighborhood, so yes he had a right to be there. I posted a wonderful article from CNN take a read its real informative

He can get out of his car any time he wants.  It's a free country.

With a loaded gun, no, I don't think you can do that any time you want. This country is not that free

Bottom line: this sad, tragic event was avoidable. Law enforcement and security operations should be left to trained professionals, not wannabe volunteers.

well put. Thank you!

I have no "business" to comment but you do? Now why would that be? Lonely person with nothing better to do? Who? You? Funny, you're right here posting your little fingers to the nubs and going after anyone that doesn't agree with you like a rabid dog. I didn't accuse you of writing any news story, far from it.  From the mistakes in your posts you're barely able to write them, much less a news article. Big words? Do I look like I've had any problems with your words so far? You can't point to ONE post of mine that "supports" either zimmerman or martin. And I'm sorry, but your word/opinion as to what happened isn't good enough for me to condemn zimmerman either. So I'll do what any other rational sane person will do and wait and see what the facts are.

You a hilarious! What was your point with that video, that there was a fight? Well, duh, we all know there was a fight but as the video implied, who set the whole thing in motion from the beginning AND whew I'm tired of saying this IT'S THE MAN WHO GOT OUT OF HIS CAR WITH A GUN WHEN HE WAS TOLD NOT TO instead of waiting for the police to handle it. That video actually confirmed everything I've said here tonight, thanks!!!

you do that sane person, you! I'm gonna go put some ointment on my little fingers and wipe the foam off my rapid dog face and maybe get a dictionary and figure out the mistakes I made in my posts tonight. Your posts do show you think the murder of that young man was justified and it was not. I am actually watching a ballgame, facebooking AND defending my opinion on here all at the same time!!!!! SO yes I do have other things to do nighty nite!  whew!

No, the "point" of the video was just as I said. Martin was not a little 12-13 year old child. He was very large.  Keep ranting. Like I said, I'll wait and see what real facts come out about the entire incident.

No, my posts show I am interested in the truth, not the ramblings of someone that has decided that they know what happened. Yes, I'm so sure you are "multi-tasking."

The presence of the "sleeping pill" in Zimmerman's blood is pretty irrelevant since the metabolites of that drug can linger for up to 7-10 days and still be detected by most forms of drug testing.  He also had a prescription for that drug.  The presence of THC in Martin's blood could also be determined to be from several days previous, however the presence of it in both the blood and the urine tends to say that the intake was pretty recent. Again, not to be unexpected, but THC is not a prescribed drug and its presence carries a little more weight in the matter.

Martin did no deserve to die, but neither of these inidividuals are totally free from blame.  As much as people want to blame Zimmerman for "getting out of the car" there is just as much blame for Martin. He could have handled the situation better himself. Zimmerman was tasked with helping protect a neighborhood where numerous break-ins had occurred.  Martin was a new face in the neighborhood, but was rightly there just the same.  A little communication and civility on both parts would have gone a long way. If Zimmerman approached Martin and asked him his intentions, all Martin had to do was answer him politely and identify himself. It appears however that both reacted irrationally.

In any case, it is tragic.  A young man lost his life, and another has ruined his. Sadly this happens much to often in this country because people have forgotten how to be civil to one another.

Are you saying he had no right to get out of his car? If some white dude were to walk through Harlem after dark with a hoodie on what do you reckon would happen to him? Do you think people would say he shouldn't have been in Harlem after dark and would the white community go ballastic when no one was arrested? You reckon you would even have any wittnesses come foward to testify? Just curious.

In other words whoever doesn't agree with your evaluation is in denial? Did you wittness this incident? I believe I read where Zimmerman had a permit to carry a weapon. Unless Obama has already been elected to a second term I believe we still have a right to bear arms. And although the media with Al Sharpton Cheerleading has tried and convicted Zimmerman already he is still inocent until proven guilty I think you're the one in denial you're all for denying Zimmerman his right to a fair trial.

a little bit of civility ... i think we're losing that part of society. looking at what we know so far... i'd say this simple statement may or may not have changed the outcome... "excuse me, i'm on neighborhood watch... the neighborhood has had several breakins... do you live around here?"

the next deciding factor would be how this young man handled that situation.. did he start with the attitude of "you're racial profiling me"... or would he have been receptive of a well worded question?

we'll never know the answers. anyway, two lives ruined... not good. period.

Read my posts my opinions are there. I'm not arguing this crap another night with somebody who sees it as a black and white thing as you obviously so. Don't care for Al Sharpton one bit but have heard him say some things that do make sense and are a bit calmer than he usually is about racial things.  I stand by my opinion which I make clear in ALL my posts that Zimmerman got the ball rolling that night by his actions. He should get a fair trial and be convicted of manslaughter, not second degree and but he should go to prison, he murdered an innocent unarmed young man. Your response about if a white person walked in Harlem is totally stupid and has nothing to do with this case. Please don't respond to me again, if you want to know what I think read my posts.
