Justice Ginsburg in her frequent and sharp criticism reveals the true political nature of this current Supreme Court and how it no longer interprets law or even considers the Constitution in many of the justices rulings but rather they rule based upon their political leanings. This was never foreseen when their appointments were made lifetime appointments for there was never a thought that the highest justices in the land would be political but today they are more than at any time in the past.
There is no way to remove Justice Ginsburg but her actions in the way she injects herself into the Presidential race is a disgrace and compromises her ability to be an impartial judge if she ever was one. Trouble is she isn't alone and I would venture to wager that many of the rulings or cases before the highest court are never judged with respect to the Constitution but are judged based upon the political leanings of each judge and this is a dangerous situation.
