Just like a lot of people do not like your types who make up stuff and throw it out there and see what sticks. My case it point this little thread which I still have had no response from you or any of your communist party folks.

http://forums.timesdaily.com/e...482070109#9482070109
I posted this on the religion forum, but since bettern-nun wants to post about this subject on other forums I figured it would fit here too.
*******************************************

Most likely bettern-nun got this from one of his "christian" sites that promotes hate against every religion but his own.

From Beck:
Page 132: "Pray to whatever higher power you believe in...Praying that God or Nature or the Cosmos or your own internal, immeasurable reservoir of spirit allows you the courage and faith to find and then face the truth..."

Page 74: "Just be sure you visit with a minister or therapist from a religion or healing discipline you actually have affinity for, or suspect you might."
******************************************

Sounds to me like Beck is saying to believe in whatever you wish. It's a waste of time to say I don't listen to Beck. Bettern_nun thinks everybody listens to Beck and Limbaugh. Well I don't watch either, never have, and have no plans on starting. Not because I have anything against them but because I don't listen to "talk radio" or "talk shows" on TV. I listen to the news, read the news, and talk to people I encounter in every day life. Someone said it before on this forum, and I can't remember who it was to give them credit, but they made a good point. Your religion or belief depends on where you were born and who/what influenced you. So for bettern-nun, bill, invictus, and all to argue that their belief is the only true belief is just silly. Does anyone think bill or bettern-nun are arguing because they actually want to "save" someone? Of course not. They want to force their belief on others and go to war with the ones that dare have thoughts that don't match theirs. So they attack all other religions and call them "cults". They call atheistism a "cult" and refuse to see that their brand of religion can be called the same thing, a "cult". Here you see one danger of religion, using it to smear a political party. They talk about the "religious right" when the left uses religion just as much. Tell us bettern-nun, what religion does your leader follow? I don't think obama even goes to a church since it was revealed that the "church" he attended for so long was nothing but a meeting place to preach and listen to rants against the government of the Unites States of America and whites. While you're posting bettern-nun, post a few of "reverend" Wright's sermons.
*******************************************
And again, instead of worrying what the brits think of Beck you might want to worry about what they think of obama.

Try again loki.

Beck was really saying — he was discussing what might happen if the progressives succeed in rallying the left to violent revolution:

When you read it, you will see that the word “you” refers to the leftist politicians in Washington and their pals in the media, and “they” refers to their radical leftist friends — who, Beck warns, actually believe there must be violent revolution . . . and if they don’t get what they want, they may start one.

Here’s the full context included in the transcript:

Just because you in Washington and you who are so out of touch with life in the media, just because you don‘t believe in anything doesn’t mean nobody else does. We do. You know why you’re confused by this show? It’s because I believe in something. You don’t.

Tea parties believe in small government. We believe in returning to the principles of our Founding Fathers. We respect them. We revere them. Shoot me in the head before I stop talking about the Founders. Shoot me in the head if you try to change our government.

I will stand against you and so will millions of others. We believe in something. You in the media and most in Washington don’t. The radicals that you and Washington have co-opted and brought in wearing sheep’s clothing — change the pose. You will get the ends.

You’ve been using them? They believe in communism. They believe and have called for a revolution. You’re going to have to shoot them in the head. But warning, they may shoot you.

They are dangerous because they believe. Karl Marx is their George Washington. You will never change their mind. And if they feel you have lied to them — they’re revolutionaries. Nancy Pelosi, those are the people you should be worried about.
From the Urban Dictionary:

Porky: British slang term for lies or a liar.

A big lie. From the english rhyming slang 'porky pies', which rhymes with lies.
Axel: Did you hear that I was elected pope?
Jeeves: Thats a porky. Stop telling porkies.

I don't know, even though it may appeal to those "across the pond", I don't think I WILL start a series of posts entitled:

GLENN BECK "PORKY'S" OF THE DAY Big Grin

Beck is displaying rampant paranoia. The belief that it is necessary to kill someone before they kill you is textbook.
Dang juan, you see it, you read it, and you still don't get it.

No we read it, and we get it. Basically, believe like he does or you should be shot. Pretty clear. Trust me, Beck isn't that deep.

No you didn't get it. He's "talking to pelosi" telling her what she will end up having to do with the "wolves in sheep's clothing" she's surrounded herself with. Unless "they", the wolves, shoot her first.

Please just stop. Give up. I just listened to the only Glenn Beck I have ever heard. How can anyone call that crap entertaining???

That is not referring to Pelosi shooting other libs, that is Beck advocating violence as political discourse. His magic underwear must be riding up.

Juan, pretending it's something it isn't won't change what it is. This only makes you look dumber, if that's even possible.

Did you bother to watch the actual clip I linked to? Or do you prefer the 10 second 'taken out of context' one?

Never mind, I already know the answer.

I watched it, and no matter which way you look at it, he's still talking about shooting someone in the head. There's no excuse for that regardless which scenario you put it in. Whether he was talking to Pelosi or whoever.
