coming soon.. Of course.. It's OK for the Government to supersede the constitution isn't it?
Until they do it to you.

This Obama guy is a freaking Juggernaut of treachery... He's y'all's hero right? Roll Eyes

Is this what you voted for? In all seriousness I want to know if you are getting the feeling you've been duped yet, or if you are genuinely on board with an omnipotent, all-powerful government that controls your income, movement, energy use, and watches everything you do.

Gee why are guns and ammo flying off the shelves, still?

I know Obama was in talks with the RIAA recently and is supporting a 150K fine for every downloaded mp3 you.. or your kids have on their computer or ipod.. its' coming folks.. socialism. the government is going to be up in every little aspect of your lives.. Too a much greater degree than they are now.. complete, total domination and control of the world is the goal of these NWO people and they ARE winning.
Anybody think this Obama guy guy won the election by some kind of an accident or mistake? Same for the Bushes, Clinton and Reagan? These are all NWO players.. Oh wait, not Clinton you are saying.. Clinton furthered the goals of the NWO people more than ANY OTHER President ever has.. they didn't call him "slick willie" for nothing.
Soon you won't be able to buy weapons or ammunition.. The fact we are armed has a great effect on holding back some of the treachery now. They know they wouldn't stand a chance in a revolt.. so we get these great and smooth actors.. Obama, if I could, would be nominated for every acting award there is. The man is amazing in his oratory.. He can address a crowd of hundreds of thousands live and never flinch.. He's good.. too good.. con man good

Live like a sheep.. die like a sheep
The fine for copyright infringement currently is set at $150,000 maximum for each infringement. However, no one has been able to get such a huge settlement. It is in the Mill. Copyright Law, a huge and complicated piece of hot mess. There are exemptions, of course, which RIAA hates, but since the copyright and patent issues are black letter at the original and for the promotion of arts and sciences, they have a hard time of getting what they want, which is draconian.

Look, I worked with the new copyright law every day as a professional and I flat out tell you that while a lot of verbiage, what it means realistically, is that you can't just copy anything you like and give it away to the general public unless you own the rights to it.

You can however, use complete works if they are not associated with anything more than free and educational in nature. That is to say you can copy an entire journal article, put it on a database, but then that database has to be password protected and directly related to a class or scholarship.

You can freely post up to 10% or 4 pp of an article freely to the public so long as it is free to the reader, but those numbers are not set in stone, they are part of the "interpretation" aspect of the law that make it literally a fiasco.

What it boils down to is that copyright infringement is a civil matter, not criminal, and there are no copyright police. The judges set their interpretation of each case.

Oh, this Mill. Copyright Law is out of the Bush regime, not the Obama.

Just google copyright and UT-Austin, Austin has the best visuals and text on the real life use of the act than anyone and is set up for educators, academic librarians specifically, but anyone can understand it.

I did not suffer thru grad school to get an MA and MLIS after my name for nothing -- while I taught at the same time, no less!
Get ready to embrace higher taxes, higher unemployment, big time inflation, you know what? Just go watch American Idol and don't worry about it. Besides if you have nothing to hide why shouldn't every hard drive be scanned by the government? We're living in a bizarre nightmare and a vast majority of Americans aren't even aware of it and don't seem to care or have a clue. Amazing.

They have sent the jobs overseas so a very few CEOs and some investors do well short term, gave away all our manufacturing to a nation with little to no scruples in stealing that info, and have left us in America with nothing to produce, no Green economy, nothing but a lot of service jobs, banking (oops), real estate (oops), some dot com, a few sport millionaires who do spend back into the economy, health care (woo hoo!) and similar. Oh, and drill baby drill, that's a long term solution!

Add to that, more laws, bigger fines, more monetary impositions in any way every level of government can squeeze it out of us. And pay you will.. or go to jail. Without us to squeeze the local, state and federal governments have nothing and can't eat.. Of course they could care less if us or our family's go hungry.

The future looks pretty bright to me
