Um, once someone is indicted, it's no longer a secret. The grand jury is "secret." But once a person is indicted, it becomes part of the public record. Unclegus is correct to an extent though. If a case originated in the grand jury (requiring an arrest following indictment, the case isn't public until the arrest warrant is served. If the case started in district court, a separate arrest following indictment isn't necessary and the case is a public record. There is a public computer terminal at the Lauderdale Co. courthouse on the fifth floor. You could check there.
