Yes, someone has established a museum in honor of the dishonorable Harold Guy Hunt, deposed governor of Alabama.

I wonder if the museum contains a copy of the findings of one of the Pardons and Parole Board members to the effect that Hunt "has made restitution to his victims."

Or maybe it could contain whatever documentation is available on Hunt's being told to resign his post with the U.S. Department  of Agriculture or face charges for falsifying his expense account claims.

Maybe they could display records of the clothing, farm equipment and furniture he purchased for himself and his family with left-over campaign money

I liked Seigelman better than any governor the state has had since I have lived here. He at least tried to get an education lottery to help the less affluent kids obtain a college education,. The problem is the people of Alabama don't seem to want their kids educated .

And yes, Karl Rove railroaded Seigelman.

Educated, yes, not indoctrinated by the lefties like you that think all they need to know is how to drink beer, smoke dope, and work the system in order to take what others have worked for so they will never have to work for a living.

Then, you consider Eric Holder to be a Republican plant!  He slapped Seigelman back in the slammer.  Dems really love that old drunk Jim Folsom, too.

I did not live in Alabama during the time of Big Jim, but being that my family is from North Alabama, I was very aware of the benefits he brought to Alabama, especially NORTH Al.

Even to this very day, roads surfaced with "chip and seal" are known as "Folsom Roads"
I don't know or care whether he drank, or was a tee-totler. He did more for our area than any governor has done before or since.

IN fact I haven't even thought about what political party he was from , I guess because it was before Nixon's "Southern Strategy" and there was only one party then.

I've been drunk before myself.

In that ill-fated election day telecast, Big Jim was so plastered he began to introduce his wife and forgot her first name. He did not win that election.
