I need help. Please! I have to come to work dressed up in a costume for Halloween. I'd rather not, but I am on the Halloween Party Committee (note to self, sign up for committees, do not wait to be assigned to them) and we all are required to set the tone around here. So. Here are the details:

1. I have to work with these people, so nothing sexy.
2. I am somebody's mama so nothing sleazy.
3. I do not want to spend a lot of money.

Others are dressing up as a witch, a ghost, and a hippie. Any ideas / suggestions / would be much appreciated!
It's the end of the world as we know it. It's the end of the world as we know it. It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine.

Nash - you are wrong for that!!! Funny... But wrong! And I'd have to explain that one to people all day long.

JustMe - that would be great, but yes, customers will see me. I might add, I have to wear real shoes. I have to go out in manufacturing during the day and no open toes allowed. But, I like the way you think!!!!

lenoler - that is a good one!

Keep 'em coming ya'll!
Me too. I love that little chick. Hey, y'all keep those ideas coming. I don't know what I'm going to be yet either and I bet I'm not the only one. I'm going to be helping at my church's Halloween bash for the kids (of all ages Smiler). So I can't be anything evil. Well, I could but I already insist on calling Halloween by it's real name - no need to push it farther...haha.
Had to come up with costume on spur of the moment tonight...work with youth & found out we were to dress in costume tonight. I went as a little girl - pigtails, purple shirt, hubby's suspenders, Mary Jane-like shoes, colorful socks, daughter's old Hello Kitty backpack, daughter's big plastic ring & beads, pink lipstick and fingernails, and bubble gum. It was fun.

Nice touch would have been huge sucker - but no time.
Aw Joy, they have the huge suckers (like in Vick's avatar) at Target! They are back in the toy section on an end cap with the "old toys made new again" that are being released with some new movie.

I picked up my little red riding hood from JustMe (and it is so nice!) over the weekend. I wore it to the store last night and it is cozy! Now I need a basket with a flip top lid. Anyone know where I can find one that isn't Longaberger! I want a nice, inexpensive one that looks sorta like this:
