OMG! I saw just a brief bit about this very subject on the news night before last. Only the reporter said insurgents who have "turned themselves around',,yea and I believe that as much as i believe i own the London Bridge. This is a very,very big mistake .

Best case, we eliminate mutual enemies, gather intelligence and come to a peace agreement.

Worse case, we eliminate mutual enemies and then fight the former allies with knowledge of their leaders, sanctuaries, and tactics.

Is this the first time, ever, that we have sent troops to train soldiers during the insurgency, and then, they turn around and kill our soldiers once they have received the training?
