HDL vs. LDL

Good and bad it can be hard to understand unless you do the research. Let me incourage everyone to inform themselves. In this day of info, at the touch of a few keys, everyone should and could understand the basics. It may be the ONE thing that You can control. Beside the genitic factor, that is the hand you are delt. BE INFORMED read, research talk to everone you know find out what has worked and what has not. It is not that hard people. A stoke or cancer to one close to you is to late to open your eyes. Do it NOW tonight I speak from experence. I KNOW STOKES, I KNOW CANCER I speak out of concern I do not want anyone to go through what I have gone through in the past 6 years. Sorry for my soapbox but this is the story of my life.

Also, don't be afraid to ask. My grandfather and grandmother both lived to be 98. My grandfather on my mom's side died at 72 because of complications with T.B. This was when I was just a child. My grandmother on my mom's side lived into her very late 80's. By this time I was aware of "harding of the ateries" I speak from the experence of seeing it up close, first hand. When my grandmother on my Moms side of my family, I knew enough,since I had was in the biz to ask my friend how clear were here arterys? He told me me that that were as clear as silk. I'm not trying to be morbid here just real. I wanted to know, because of the experence I had with trying to embalm some poor body that made one wonder how in the world could their heart pump blood through this mass of crystilized mess.Yes this may be gross to some, but it is real. The things I have seen no one wants to see. I am sure S.L. has seen it in a different light. I have seen it in the cold light. TAKE CARE of your heart. God built it at 110% for a reason. It will operate just fine at 90%. Don't be stupid take charge of your health.
