Ed would rather make money and have the violence and problems that he had before that is why craig is gone.Craig was never paid a dime for his services at Big Eds as i'm sure other people that have worked for him have had problems. I have not heard a single good word about the owner.He will be back and it won't be in east florence. He has a spot in mind downtown.Please be patient. The problem craig found out with the location he was at, was that it had Big Eds name on it.

I heard of other reasons craig left. maybe you guys should find out and stop gossiping .also Im sure most of the goods come frozen and the next day wont effect the quality.all food suppliers I know would never sell old food to a business. Ed seems like a good guy to me just trying to make a living so walk a mile in a mans shoes..........

loL, I must admit the chasin down and getting lower quality food seemed like hogwash to be nice
OK, folks; is it not about time to regroup and let Craig go his way and do his thing; (whatever it is), and let Crocidile Ed's either make it or go the way of Pizza Marina. You have given them a million dollars of advertising' (some good and some bad), but 4 or 5 different threads all saying the same thing is getting old. I am sure there are a bunch of other restaurants around that could use this type of free ads. If we had a mod; maybe all the threads on the same subject could be combined. Change one letter and you have another new one.
